About the Practitioner

A seeker of truth, knowledge, and self-awareness, Crystal has walked this path since her early adolescence. Threads of her love for music, travel, nature, learning, meditation, and creativity have always guided her life. As a student of music-voice and psychology at the University of Colorado at Boulder, Crystal spent three years performing with the West African Highlife Ensemble. Her studies abroad allowed her to further explore West African Highlife music, drumming, dance, and culture.

Post-college, Crystal's journey unfolded with dual careers—10 years in the music industry and over 20 years in mental health and healthcare. In November 2016, she faced a dark night of the soul, surviving a near-death experience due to a health crisis. This marked the beginning of her profound self-healing journey, recognizing it as both the most challenging and the highest path.

Each day became a lesson in surrender and trusting her intuition, guiding Crystal to create a lifestyle aligned with optimal health. Setting intentions for well-being, her intuition led her to holistic healings and a Shaman journey in Sedona, ultimately connecting her with her purpose in this world.

Beginning her studies with the Academy of Sound Healing in Fall 2020, Crystal graduated in March 2023. Guided by intuition, she furthered her education with Elysia Hartzell and Kimberlie Carlson, exploring energetic healing modalities that transform the emotional, mental, physical, and spiritual layers. Her journey included Reiki, Light Language, crystal applications, deep healer wound work, and inner child healing with Compassion Key.

As Crystal delved into holistic healing methods, she applied her studies daily, using herself as a case study. Remarkably, in the 35 medication-free months since embarking on her journey, Crystal has experienced no health crises.

Passionate about assisting others in releasing and regaining harmony, Crystal believes healing is a personal journey. In her sessions, she holds space and facilitates the movement of energy, utilizing a combination of tools to optimize the healing experience.
