“I have benefited greatly from healing sessions with Crystal!  I was not sure what to expect but I love my time with her.  Crystal puts me at ease, and has such a lovely soothing voice, as well as command of her instruments and process.  I always come out of a session feeling calmer and more relaxed than I have felt in ages.  The last time I went to her, I had been experiencing incessant joint pain and insomnia.  She created a cocoon of warmth and healing around me.  I was aware of the sound vibrations that seemed to massage every cell in my body.  Crystal took me to a place outside of my usual anxiety and pain, where I found a sense of connectedness to those rejuvenating aspects of existence that I lose sight of when caught up in the trials and tribulations of my day-to-day life.  By the time we were done, I was pain-free for the first time in months.  I slept deeply that night and woke up the next morning, still pain-free.  Over time, some of the pain has come back, but it is such a gift to know that it is possible for it to be gone, and without chemicals.

An interesting side note, when I am with Crystal, my FitBit always registers me as asleep - even though I am awake.”
